Accounts
In this section you find all the accounts, including names – if provided by the custodian – and account numbers the Client has for each Custodian.

On the navigation bar, you will find functionalities that you can do for accounts: add account filter, add account to a group and delete accounts.
Account Functionalities
To use any of the buttons at the top, please first make sure to select the accounts you want to edit.
You can choose only one account or multiple accounts at the same time. Also, you can add more columns by using the Column Chooser and edit your view preferences.

Add Account Filter
You can use this option for the accounts you want to hide.

And then you have to select from where you want the accounts to be filtered:

Add Account to a Group
In this section, you can add the accounts to a Group.
You first have to create a group of accounts to be able to add the accounts to the group.

First, you will need to select the accounts you want to add to the group. Then, click the “+” button:

A message will appear that the accounts were successfully added to the group.
Delete Accounts
By using the option “Delete Account Request” you will generate a request to WealthTechs to remove an account. You can delete multiple accounts by selecting them on the small box to the left of the Customer name.

Functionalities for Accounts under the Custodians Licensed section
These are functionalities related to accounts for: add a new account, re-open an account, and delete accounts that need to be done under the Custodians Licensed section.
You will first need to go to the Custodian Licensed tab and search the name of the Custodian and then, you will select the options you want to: add, re-open or delete accounts.
Add a New Account
For add a new account you will need to go first to the Custodian Licensed tab and search the name of the Custodian that the account belongs to.
When you select the Custodian, you will need to double click on it, and then click on the + button:

To generate the account request, you will need to fill out the Account Information and the Custodian Relationship Manager Contact. If custodian relationship manager approval is not needed, then select the “No Relationship Manager Contact” button:

Then click “save” and your account request will be created.
Re-Open an Account
To re-open an account with a closed status, you will need to select the accounts you want to re-open and then click on the button to “Reopen Account Request”.

Delete an Account
When you want to delete an account, you can do it directly from the “Accounts” Section tab or by choosing the account under the Custodian on the “Custodians Licensed” Tab. If you choose the second option, you will find this button to remove the account:

Once you click on the “Delete Account Request” button, your request will be completed once you confirm it by clicking “yes” and automatically generate a message to WealthTechs requesting the removal of the account.
