Custodians

In this section you can find the list of Custodians Licensed and Custodians Available.

Custodians Licensed

These are the Custodians the Client has or had interfaces.  

Status

Shows the status for each interface:

  1. Get Data: WealthTechs is still waiting to receive the data feed from either the Client or Custodian. 
  1. Set-up Interface: WealthTechs verifies and analyzes the data before production.
  1. Production: WealthTechs receives the data feed, and the accounts are active. 
  1. Deactivation: Status during deactivation process. 
  1. Closed: The interface is closed, and it does not receive data anymore. 

Receiving

The number of active accounts of the customer with each custodian.

Pending Receive

The number of remaining accounts still in pending status. This happens when the account is not funded yet or the custodian has not linked it to the ClientΒ΄s data feed.

Stop Receiving

The number of accounts that are closed and we do not receive data anymore.

Delivery Method

This shows the method of the connection: push, pull or download. 

  • PULL: This is a direct feed to get the data from the ClientΒ΄s or the CustodianΒ΄s server, depending on who is the owner of the connection.  To connect to SFTP server, a user and password are provided.

  • PUSH: This is a direct source where clients or custodians, depending on who owns the connection, uploads the data to WealthTechs server.

  • DOWNLOAD: This is an online access where the data is downloaded from the custodianΒ΄s website.

Delivery Sub-Method

The push or pull could be from client or from custodian, and the download method is from website or software. 

Custodians Available

These are all the Custodians available in which WealthTechs already has interfaces developed. 

To check if a file is available for a specific Custodian, refer to the circle colored in green. If the circle is white, it means that the Custodian does not provide that file.
