Issues
This section allows the user to view the issues that have been created for WealthTechs resolution based on requests, complaints, or inquiries that our Clients have made via email and stay informed about their real-time status. Whether related directly to data or the functioning of the products we provide.

By double-clicking on an issue, a new window will open in which the user can view all the information, such as the title, description, product, related custodian, and Wealthtechs representative assigned to it, as well as the status in real time.

Status of Issues
The issues status will be moved to different stages while WealthTechs is working on it and the Clearview Portal users can see it in this section.
Notice that in this section the user can only see the issue but is not allowed to create it.
