Status
These are the possible statuses that an interface can have at a given time:
- Failed: An internal error occurred. WealthTechs need to fix the error and rerun the process of importing the files.
- Delay: The files have not been received at the estimated time of arrival. WealthTechs contacts the custodian regarding the files delayed or contacts the Client if it is the owner of the connection. Once we receive the files, we process them and notify the Client as soon as the files are ready to download.
- Verify: The interface has been executed and the data was generated but needs WealthTechs validation process. Files need to be further reviewed first and may need to be reprocessed. Files are available for download, however, there may be errors.
- Waiting: The interfaces are waiting until their ETA time arrives, which is the time that our process will start looking for the files to process them.
- Success: The interface is successfully executed, and the files are ready for download.
- Holiday: Our system identifies in the calendar when there is an American or Canadian Holiday and for these interfaces to show the status of ‘Holiday’. Our process will continue looking for the files just in case, if it finds them it will process them and then it will be in success or verify status.
ETA
